Pick Up, Drop Off

How it works....

With our Pick Up and Drop Off service we will pick your bike up from your home or preferred location. Once you book your time slot via the online booking system, the time arranged is when your bike(s) will be picked up, however the work may not commence immediately. We will return your bikes as soon as possible. Bikes can also be booked in by contacting us via email. Alternatively you can book in and bring your bike along to the workshop if there are no pick up slots available. From the moment of pick up your bikes will be fully insured. If we need to keep the bike(s) for a few days to complete the repairs all bikes will be stored in our secure workshop.

Please note, pick ups 5 miles or less are charged at £15 (this includes multiple bikes) pick ups between 5 and 10 miles are charged at £20. These prices include both pick up and drop off. Please note we do not collect from Edinburgh.
